How About We Fill The Gaps?

How About We Fill The Gaps?

There’s a lot that goes into organising a succesful event. You need to know and understand what the client’s vision is and put it into action.

If your good at what you do, this should be a piece of cake but at the same time it could turn into a nightmare so quickly if your not careful. Planning an event is no easy task and comes with a lot of presure from all corners.

So much pressure that would easily make you loose focus on the set objectives.

Pressure you ask?

·        Meeting certain deadlines.

·        Pressure to deliver on clients’ specification.

·        Dissapointments.

And many other difficulties that you will occasionally stumble on forcing you to leave unnecessary gaps while planning an event.

Gaps such as?

“Oh no! the sound system is not working.”

Arriving late for setup at an event.

“These are not the flowers I asked for.”

Such gaps and other missteps would ruin an event no matter how big or small.

This clearly indicates that somewhere along the road you allowed the pressure to get the best of you.

As an events’ planner you need to remain on top of your game and be in constant communication with the client. Let us work towards filling in the gaps that will sooner rather than later drag our business into non-existence.

It’s okay to make mistakes but  Learn from them, no one said it would be easy but perfection is key.

let us begin by doing our best, every single time, no matter what, forever.”

                                                                                                              Edward Albert.

Once we set out on this path things are going to get better event after event and the industry is headed to ultimate success.

So, how about we fill in those gaps?

I’d love your thoughts on the topic. Feel free to drop by and leave a comment.
